Turnaround & Shipping

Please allow up to 4-7 working days turnaround time for your order to be processed depending on stock levels/larger orders! We will always communicate with you regarding any differences outside of our usual turnaround times. UK mainland orders are usually delivered within 1-3 working days. Deliveries outside of the UK will vary depending on your whereabouts. Delivery costs not included in order (shipped using Royal Mail & Parcel Force for larger orders/international)

Typical costs on average are £10-£12 per >20kg box.

Orders over £950 come with free shipping.

Returns

All wholesale orders are final and cannot be refunded when shipped. However if there are any faulty items or issues please get in contact within 2 working days of receiving your order.

Terms

Minimum order value £250 (returning customers £150)
Payments on 1st orders are required before dispatch
Repeat customers have within 30 days to settle invoices
Payment can be made via Bank transfer
Details can be found on your invoice once an order has been placed
Goods remain the property of The Woodpile Provisions until full payment is made
I reserve the right to revoke 30 day payment terms if there are multiple overdue payments
