SHIPPING

Every order is packed and shipped from Ballycastle, Northern Ireland via Royal Mail. We process orders within 3 business days, with delivery typically taking a further 2–5 business days.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. That said, if your order arrives damaged, we’ll make it right. Get in touch at hello@thewoodpileprovisions.com within 3 days of delivery — subject line “Shipping Damage” — with a photo and a description, and we’ll sort it from there.
